WE’RE HIRING – GROWTH & REVENUE MANAGER

ORIS HUB is looking for a highly driven Growth & Revenue Manager based in India to help scale an international AI and digital services platform. We are looking for a revenue builder — not simply a marketing manager.

We are looking for someone who can turn marketing activity into measurable users, customers and revenue.

YOUR MISSION

- Build and execute ORIS HUB’s growth strategy
- Acquire current users through Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, SEO and partnerships
- Improve visitor → registration → paid-user conversion
- Develop B2C and B2B sales channels
- Build affiliate, influencer and reseller programs
- Optimize pricing, offers, trials and onboarding
- Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, churn and revenue
- Test new markets and international acquisition channels
- Work directly with ORIS HUB management on growth and monetization

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 5+ years in Growth,



SaaS, AI, App, Tech or Digital Product marketing
- Proven experience generating measurable revenue
- Strong performance-marketing and sales mindset
- Excellent knowledge of digital acquisition funnels
- Comfortable working with data and KPIs
- Good written and spoken English
- Independent, entrepreneurial and result-oriented

VERY IMPORTANT

We are not interested only in followers, impressions or social-media activity.

We want someone who can demonstrate:

“I spent X → acquired Y customers → converted Z% → generated X revenue.”
