Our platform brings together experience discovery, bookings, payments, CRM, customer management, communication, and organiser operations into one ecosystem.
We are looking for a highly driven Growth & Marketplace Executive to help us build and scale the business from the ground up.
About the Role
This is not a traditional digital marketing role .
You will be responsible for growing both sides of the platform:
Organisers → Experiences → Travellers → Bookings → GMV
You will work closely with the founders, product, technology, and organiser-success teams to acquire quality organisers, generate traveller demand, develop partnerships, improve conversion, and drive bookings.
This is a hands-on 0-to-1 role for someone who enjoys experimentation, sales, analytics, partnerships, and execution .
You will be expected to turn ideas into experiments, measure the results, and scale what works.

- Prioritise areas with strong commercial potential

- Influencer and creator partnerships
- Travel communities
- Referral programs
- Email and WhatsApp campaigns
- Organic acquisition

- Affiliate partnerships
- Strategic distribution
The focus is on qualified users and bookings , rather than vanity metrics such as followers or impressions.
1. Experiments & Conversion
Identify opportunities to improve performance throughout the customer journey.
- Design and run growth experiments
- Analyse funnel performance and identify drop-offs
- Test messaging, offers, landing pages, experience pages, lead forms, and booking flows
- Improve conversion and retention
- Test referral, promotional, partnership, and incentive mechanisms
- Measure results and scale successful initiatives

The Ideal Candidate
You are someone who looks at a business problem and asks:
“How do we acquire the right organisers, bring their audiences onto the platform, generate bookings, and build a repeatable acquisition engine at a sustainable CAC?”
You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution .
Your work may involve researching prospects, running outreach, speaking with partners, launching campaigns, analysing data, testing new ideas, and working with the product team.
