Job Summary

We are looking for a Growth & Campaign Manager to drive digital growth, campaign execution, content performance, and social media operations across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, team management, reporting, and achieving channel-wise growth and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage Social Media Managers and ensure timely execution of content and campaigns.
- Coordinate with Content, Creative, Design, and Video teams for effective campaign delivery.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, social media metrics, and growth KPIs.




- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
- Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and execution processes to improve productivity and scalability.
- Monitor platform trends and identify opportunities for content-led and digital growth.

Requirements

- 46 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, or Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and content-led growth.
- Experience in team management and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
