Marketing Executive/Intern: (0-2 Years)

About the Role: BondScanner is looking for a Marketing Executive/Intern to join our Growth Marketing team, with a strong focus on Affiliate and Influencer Marketing. You'll own day-to-day execution of partner and creator-led growth channels, working directly with senior marketing leadership. Robust performers will be converted to a full-time role at the end of 3 months.

What You'll Do

Affiliate Marketing:

- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate/partner relationships across finance and investing niches
- Track affiliate performance (clicks, signups, conversions, payouts) and optimize commission structures
- Coordinate with affiliate networks and individual partners on creatives, links, and tracking setup
- Monitor affiliate compliance and flag fraudulent or low-quality traffic

Influencer Marketing:

- Source and shortlist finance/fintech influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and X
- Manage outreach, negotiation, briefing, and campaign execution end-to-end
- Track influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and build a repeatable playbook
- Build and maintain relationships with a pipeline of creators for ongoing collaborations

Supporting Channels:





- Support content and social team with campaign assets tied to affiliate/influencer pushes
- Track and report on growth metrics (CAC, conversion rate, ROI by channel) using analytics tools
- Conduct competitor research on affiliate/influencer strategies in the fintech and investing space

What We're Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Genuine interest in affiliate and influencer/creator marketing
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship management — cold emails/DMs, negotiation
- Basic understanding of marketing tools or willingness to learn quickly
- Familiarity with social platforms and creator ecosystems (Instagram, YouTube, X)
- Analytical mindset — comfortable tracking ROI and campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong ownership, able to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Pay: ₹383,162.74 - ₹1,669,401.04 per year
