About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Growth Intern to join our team for four months. This hybrid internship offers the flexibility to work remotely while also gaining valuable in-person exposure at Bower School of Entrepreneurship, located at T-Hub, Hyderabad.

The selected intern will work closely with the company’s senior leaders, contribute to real-world projects, and develop practical skills in business growth, marketing, partnerships, community building, and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of growth and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and identify current growth opportunities.
- Assist with lead generation, outreach, and partnership development.
- Contribute to digital marketing, social media, and community-building activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports and insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and senior leaders on strategic projects.
- Support events, workshops, and entrepreneurial programmes conducted by Bower.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.




- Attend in-person meetings and activities at T-Hub when required.

Who Can Apply? We would love to hear from candidates who:
- students or recent graduates in business, marketing, management, entrepreneurship, communications, or a related field.
- Have a strong interest in startups, business growth, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Are proactive, curious, creative, and eager to learn.
- Can work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Are available to attend in-person sessions at T-Hub, Hyderabad, when required.
- Can commit to the complete four-month internship.

Prior internship experience is welcome but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm, ownership, and a willingness to learn.
