Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Group Product Manager / Product Manager to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives, brand planning, and campaign execution for our growing pharmaceutical division.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and multi-channel promotional campaigns to drive product market share.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including new product launches, positioning, and portfolio rationalization.
- Formulate continuous communication strategies, scientific promotional inputs, and visual aids for the field force.
- Track market dynamics, competitor intelligence, prescriber trends, and internal sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular field work, cycle meetings, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagements to ensure strategy implementation.
- Collaborate closely with sales, regulatory, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to align inventory and demand forecasts.
