Growth & GTM Automation Engineer Intern

Pinggy.io is looking for a Growth & GTM Automation Engineer Intern to help us build the systems, automations, and experiments that power our growth.

This is not a traditional engineering or marketing internship. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, AI, automation, growth, and go-to-market , building tools and workflows that help us acquire, engage, and convert users at scale.

You’ll work closely with the team to identify growth opportunities, build automations, experiment with recent channels, and turn manual GTM processes into scalable systems.

What you'll work on

- Build GTM and growth automations using APIs, scripts, AI, browser automation etc.
- Automate SEO content, Social Media outreach, lead discovery, enrichment, qualification, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Build internal tools and workflows that make our sales and marketing processes faster.
- Experiment with AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for growth and customer acquisition.
- Analyze user and product data to identify growth opportunities.
- Run experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
- Build dashboards and systems to track growth metrics and experiments.
- Research new distribution channels, communities, partnerships, and outbound strategies.
- Work with product and engineering to turn successful growth experiments into reliable systems.
- Find repetitive processes and figure out how to automate them away .

What we're looking for
- Founder like mindset, savvy about marketing, content strategy, and anything that leads to growth - and automating all of them. Solid problem-solving ability and a builder mindset.
- Doing the boring stuff to test what works - posting manually on social media, editing content,



email outreach, influencer marketing setup, tracking analytics, then automating everything that is boring and repetitive.
- Comfortable writing code – Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar .
- Interest in APIs, web automation, LLMs, AI agents, and developer tools.
- Curious about growth, GTM, startups, and how products acquire users .
- Ability to work independently and turn ambiguous problems into experiments.
- Willingness to learn quickly and try unconventional approaches.
- Good analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- You don't need to know everything - we care more about how you think and build.

Bonus points
- Experience with tools such as OpenAI/LLM APIs, Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience building side projects, bots, scrapers, automation workflows, or AI tools.
- Familiarity with SaaS, developer tools, APIs, or B2B growth.
- Previous startup experience.
- A GitHub profile or projects you're proud of.
