Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect . The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in contact center technologies, AWS services, IVR development, workflow automation, API integrations, and customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
- Configure and manage contact flows, routing profiles, queues, prompts, and user management.
- Develop IVR and self-service applications utilizing Amazon Connect capabilities.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and third-party applications.
- Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Implement real-time and historical reporting using Amazon Connect analytics.




- Troubleshoot call routing, telephony, and integration-related issues.
- Automate operational processes and optimize customer experience workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support production deployments and perform system enhancements.
