nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a FircoSoft Application Integration Engineer with strong experience in messaging, integration technologies, data processing, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technologies such as Kafka and IBM MQ, along with a positive understanding of enterprise application integration and transaction processing.
nThe role will involve supporting and integrating FircoSoft/COTS applications within a complex enterprise environment. The candidate should be comfortable working with existing applications, understanding integration flows, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with technical and business teams. Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot is expected, along with a willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise platforms.

- Support and maintain FircoSoft and other enterprise/COTS applications.n
- Develop a strong understanding of application architecture, business processes, interfaces, and dependencies.n
- Analyze application issues and provide effective troubleshooting and resolution.n
- Work with application, infrastructure, middleware, database, and production support teams to resolve incidents.n
- Support application upgrades, configuration changes, deployments, and production releases.n
- Understand existing FircoSoft integrations and support enhancements as required.n
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for complex application issues.n
