Group Account Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Group Account Manager with a strong background in Digital & Integrated Marketing to independently manage key accounts, clients, campaigns, and teams.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Manage key client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Lead client communication, meetings, presentations and pitches independently.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into strong digital and integrated solutions.
- Strong understanding of Social Media, Digital Ideation, Performance Marketing and Digital Campaigns.
- Experience in handling website projects from briefing to execution and delivery.
- Experience working on integrated brands/campaigns across multiple marketing platforms.
- Understand performance marketing, campaign objectives, KPIs and results.
- Contribute to brand, digital and communication strategy.
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Media, Performance, Tech and other teams.
- Independently manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets and stakeholders.
- Lead,



mentor and manage the account management team.
- Take complete ownership of projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and current business.

Requirement

- 5–8 years of experience in a Digital/Integrated/Advertising Agency.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent and confident in client interactions.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and business-oriented mindset.
- Confident, proactive and highly accountable.
- Should be able to think independently, manage clients and lead teams without constant supervision.

Ideal Candidate: A strong digital account leader who can manage clients, pitch ideas, understand strategy and performance marketing, handle website projects, lead integrated campaigns, and manage a team end-to-end .
