Experienced ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, platform customization, workflow automation, integrations, and IRM best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications.

2. Implement and support:

7. Business Continuity Management (preferred)

8. Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, scheduled jobs, and notifications.

9. Configure questionnaires, indicators, control objectives, control testing, risk scoring, and issue management.

10. Develop custom applications and enhancements using App Engine where required.

11. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

12. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and executive scorecards.

13. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions.

14. Participate in design discussions, code reviews,



and solution documentation.

15. Perform unit testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support.

16. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance.

17. Support platform upgrades and evaluate the impact of current ServiceNow releases.
