Codec Networks Pvt. Ltd. is an established cybersecurity, audit and compliance services organization and a CERT-In empaneled Information Security Auditing Organization. As part of the expansion of our Governance, Risk and Compliance practice, we are inviting suitable professionals for the following positions:

- L1 – GRC Analyst / Associate Consultant: 1–5 years of relevant experience
- L2 – Senior GRC Consultant: 5-9 years of relevant experience
- L3 – GRC Lead / Engagement Lead: 10-15 years of relevant experience

The roles cover assignments relating to regulatory cybersecurity audits, ISO and SOC 2 readiness, Cyber Maturity assessments, ITGC, Risk Management, Data Privacy, DPDPA and GDPR compliance. This shall also include Cyber Security audits based on RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and other Govt. Regulatory guidelines based on their circulars to clients in Govt, PSus, and other Industry sectors like Banking, Foreign Banks, Financial Services , Insurance, Fintech, IT/ITES, TSPs, Telecom, Critical Infrastructure like Aviation,



Railways, Power, Energy Sector and utilities, Oil and gas, Transport, manufacturing and Production, Healthcare and Health tech, Education etc.

Responsibilities will vary by level, from evidence collection and control testing to independent assessments, customer coordination, engagement leadership and report quality assurance.
