About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, branding, social media creatives, and motion graphics.

You will be responsible for creating engaging static and motion-based content for social media, digital marketing, branding, advertisements, presentations, and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality social media posts, carousels, stories, ads, banners, and marketing creatives.
- Design engaging motion graphics, animated posts, reels, promotional videos, and short-form content.
- Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to understand briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual assets when required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, motion design trends, and visual styles.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Motion Graphics.




- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Canva
- Good understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Ability to create smooth and engaging animations and transitions.
- Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media creative dimensions and formats.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good time-management and communication skills.

Good to Have
- Experience in creating Reels/Short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of video editing and sound synchronization.
- Knowledge of Figma.
- Experience working on digital marketing or advertising campaigns.
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
