Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the design and strategy teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating brand identities, logos, and visual systems, producing graphics for digital and print, and refining layouts and typography for various mediums. The role involves translating brand strategy into compelling visual concepts, preparing production-ready files, and maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, present design options to internal stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clear, purposeful visual communication.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive identity systems and brand assets.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including hierarchy, readability, and expressive type usage.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to translate strategic and cultural insights into visually compelling concepts.
- Detail-oriented approach, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects on-site.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
- Relevant design education or equivalent professional experience; a portfolio demonstrating brand and identity work is required.
