We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for producing compelling digital creatives

—including ad banners

,

website visuals

, and performance marketing content

—that align with the brand’s tone and drive results across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design eye-catching banners for website homepages, category pages, and landing pages.

- Create static and animated ad creatives for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, etc.

- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-performing ad creatives for performance campaigns.

- Ensure design consistency and brand guidelines across all visual communication.

- Optimize designs based on campaign data (CTR, engagement, conversions).

- Repurpose and localize creatives for A/B testing and regional targeting.

- Stay updated on design trends in fashion, D2C, and e-commerce.

- Deliver assets on time and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:





- 2–3 years of experience in digital graphic design (performance marketing or e-commerce preferred).

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a bonus).

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and mobile-first design.

- Familiarity with ad dimensions and platform-specific design requirements (Meta, Google Display Network, etc.).

- Ability to interpret briefs, take creative feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.

- Portfolio showcasing digital ads, web banners, and other marketing creatives is mandatory.

- Experience with motion graphics or basic animation (for reels or HTML5 ads).

- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Web flow.

- Exposure to A/B testing design variations for performance ads.
