About Kahani House

Kahani House is a storytelling and creative brand focused on creating memorable experiences through stories, visuals, and thoughtfully designed content.

We are looking for a creative Editor & Graphic Designer who can turn ideas, photographs, videos, and raw content into polished, engaging, and visually compelling work.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both visual storytelling and design and wants to play an active role in shaping a growing creative brand.

What You’ll Do Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, event videos, and other digital content.
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, motion elements, music synchronization, and visual effects.
- Turn raw footage into content that feels polished, emotional, and engaging.
- Adapt videos for Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, presentations, and other platforms.
- Maintain consistency in editing style and brand identity.

Graphic Design

- Design social media posts, stories, advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional material.
- Create visually appealing layouts for Kahani House’s products, packages, events, and campaigns.
- Work with photographs, illustrations, typography, colors, and other visual elements.
- Help develop and maintain Kahani House’s visual identity.
- Create designs for both digital and print requirements.

Creative & Content Support

- Understand the story or objective behind a project and translate it into strong visual communication.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Suggest new ideas for content, design, and visual storytelling.
- Help refine copy, captions, headlines, and other visual content when required.
- Take feedback positively and iterate quickly.

What We’re Looking For





- Strong understanding of graphic design and visual composition.
- Good video editing skills.
- A solid eye for aesthetics, typography, spacing, color, and detail.
- Ability to understand a brand’s personality and maintain visual consistency.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Good sense of pacing and storytelling in video.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Software Experience with tools such as:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Canva
- Figma

You don’t need to know every tool listed above. Strong creative ability and a good portfolio matter more than the number of software programs you know.

Bonus Skills

It would be a plus if you have experience with:

- Motion graphics
- Photography
- Videography
- Social media content
- Branding
- Illustration
- AI-assisted creative tools
- Print design and pre-press
- Basic copywriting
