About the Role

We are looking for a Designer who is passionate about design, deeply understands digital marketing, and is an early adopter of AI-powered creative workflows. This role requires someone who can independently conceptualize and execute creative assets across social media, performance marketing, CRM, digital campaigns, and brand communication, while using AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and creative possibilities. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating premium brand creatives and generating AI-powered videos, motion assets, image variations, and campaign concepts.

Responsibilities

- Creative Design
- Design premium creatives for social media, CRM, website, digital campaigns, and in-store branding.
- Develop campaign key visuals and adapt them across multiple platforms and formats.
- Create compelling designs aligned with Enrich's premium brand identity.

- Performance Marketing
- Design high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.

- AI-Powered Creative Production
- Leverage AI tools to generate images, videos, GIFs, motion assets, and creative concepts.
- Write effective prompts for image generation, video generation, model motion, and visual storytelling.
- Use AI to create rapid creative iterations while maintaining brand quality.

- Video & Motion Content
- Create and edit short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid media.




- Generate AI-assisted motion graphics and animations where required.
- Produce engaging video content that aligns with social media trends.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and digital creative production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and performance marketing work.
- Experience working on premium consumer brands, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or retail.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and social media best practices.
- Ability to independently manage multiple creative projects in a quick-paced environment.

Required Skills

- AI Skills (Mandatory)
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using AI for creative production, including:
- AI prompting for image and video generation
- Prompt engineering for creative workflows
- AI-assisted campaign ideation and concept generation
- AI-powered image editing and creative enhancement.

- Technical Skills
- Must be proficient in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Figma (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AI creative platforms such as:
- ChatGPT
- Midjourney
- Adobe Firefly
- Runway
- Kling AI
- Veo
- Pika
- Flux
