We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and the ability to turn ideas, content briefs, and brand guidelines into engaging and effective designs.

A multidisciplinary team of developers, marketers, designers, and strategists collaborates to deliver tangible business outcomes and long-term growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging static creatives, social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, and other digital marketing assets
- Understand creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs
- Create designs for multiple brands while maintaining their individual visual identity and brand consistency
- Work with typography, colours, layouts, imagery,



and other design elements to create clean and effective communication
- Resize and adapt creatives for different social media platforms and digital formats
- Edit and enhance images as required for creatives
- Collaborate with content, social media, and marketing teams to execute campaigns
- Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining design quality
- Manage multiple design requirements and deliver creatives within timelines
- Stay updated with current design, social media, and visual communication trends

Required Skills

- 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and CorelDRAW
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic editing software
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing static creatives and social media content
- Good understanding of different social media formats and dimensions
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
- Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills
- Ability to understand feedback and translate it into design improvements

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and design tools
- Experience working with multiple brands, industries, or a digital marketing/creative agency
