About the Role The Social.co is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Illustrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a good understanding of branding and social media design, and the ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual content.

This is a hands-on role that involves working across social media, branding, campaigns, digital creatives, illustrations, and client projects. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh creative ideas while maintaining consistency across different brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other marketing platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into engaging visual designs.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, advertisements, presentations, and campaign creatives.
- Create original illustrations, icons, graphics, and visual assets as required.
- Work on branding and brand identity projects, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and brand collaterals.
- Understand and interpret client briefs and translate them into effective creative solutions.
- Collaborate with social media managers, content strategists, copywriters, video editors, and other team members.
- Adapt designs across different formats, platforms, and dimensions while maintaining visual consistency.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, events, and digital activations.
- Stay updated with design trends, typography, visual styles, social media formats, and emerging creative trends.
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback while maintaining the creative direction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within defined timelines.




- Maintain organised files and design assets for different client accounts.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final execution.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, social media creatives, branding, and illustration work.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator and Corel Draw
- Working knowledge of other design tools such as InDesign, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong illustration skills and the ability to create original visual concepts.
- Good understanding of social media, marketing material design requirements and digital formats.
- Ability to work with existing brand guidelines while also bringing creative ideas to the table.
- Solid attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand feedback and translate it into effective design changes.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
