Graphic DesignerResponsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and marketing materials .
- Design social media posts, reels covers, banners, posters, brochures, and promotional creatives .
- Develop designs that align with the company's brand identity and communication style .
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to convert ideas into visually engaging creatives.
- Create multiple design concepts and adapt creatives based on campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with latest design, social media, and visual content trends .
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and overall brand presentation.

Requirements
- Strong interest and passion for graphic design and visual communication .
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools .
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy .
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and turn ideas into attractive designs.

- Candidates with a portfolio or sample works will be preferred.

Videographer cum Video EditorResponsibilities
- Plan, shoot,



and edit social media videos, reels, promotional videos, corporate videos, and marketing content .
- Handle video production from concept and shooting to editing and final delivery .
- Operate cameras and other basic video production equipment.
- Create engaging videos using cuts, transitions, captions, music, sound effects, colour correction, and motion graphics .
- Edit content according to different platform requirements such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook .
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop engaging video concepts.
- Keep up with current video trends, reel formats, editing styles, and social media trends .
- Organise and manage video footage and project files efficiently.

Requirements
- Robust interest in videography, video editing, and visual storytelling .
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing tools .
- Basic understanding of camera handling, framing, lighting, audio, and composition .
- Good sense of timing, storytelling, music, transitions, and visual flow .
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new tools and techniques quickly.
