We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer - Retail & Offline to lead the visual execution of offline brand experiences. The role will focus on translating brand identities and campaign concepts into premium, impactful, and visually consistent creative assets across physical retail touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in retail and print design, with a practical understanding of production, materials, fabrication, scale, and on-ground execution.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise and design creative assets for retail stores, offline campaigns, brand activations, and physical marketing initiatives
- Develop artwork for in-store branding, window displays, storefronts, kiosks, standees, posters, danglers, shelf communication, POSM, and promotional materials
- Adapt campaign concepts across multiple offline formats while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality
- Create technically accurate print-ready artwork considering dimensions, bleed, colour profiles, typography, resolution, and production specifications
- Work closely with printers, fabricators, production agencies, and vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality execution
- Understand different materials, substrates, finishes, and fabrication techniques and recommend appropriate solutions based on creative requirements
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Retail, and VM teams to translate briefs into engaging physical experiences
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and attention to detail
- Conduct detailed artwork checks and ensure files are technically production-ready before release




- Build and maintain an organised library of retail templates, artwork, and brand assets
- Ensure consistency of visual identity across stores, retail environments, campaigns, and other physical touchpoints
- Stay updated on retail design, visual merchandising, print innovation, materials, finishes, and emerging offline design trends
- Support retail launches, store openings, pop-ups, activations, and other physical brand initiatives as required

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6-8 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating retail, offline, print, and physical brand experience design
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong hands-on experience creating print-ready artwork and production files
- Good understanding of print processes, substrates, materials, finishes, fabrication, and production techniques
- Ability to independently take a project from brief → concept → design → artwork → production → final execution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple physical touchpoints
- Robust aesthetic sensibility with the ability to balance creative expression with commercial and retail requirements
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with fashion, beauty, premium lifestyle, or consumer brands will be an advantage
- Experience with retail launches, store openings, pop-ups, or large-scale brand activations is desirable
- Understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM) and retail environments will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of motion, video, or digital design is a plus, but not essential
