Graphic Designer

Playground is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our multidisciplinary design studio.

You’ll work across branding, digital experiences, graphic design and visual communication, turning ideas and briefs into thoughtful, visually strong work for real clients.

What You’ll Work On

- Brand identities and visual systems
- Websites and digital experiences
- Social media and campaign design
- Presentations, decks and pitch materials
- Marketing and communication collateral
- Graphic design across print and digital formats
- Research, references and visual exploration
- Developing concepts and taking them through to final execution
- Creating design systems that are consistent, flexible and purposeful

You’ll work closely with strategists and designers across the studio, contributing to projects from initial research and concept development through to final delivery.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic, visual or communication design
- Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working across both digital and print
- Positive understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to develop and explore multiple creative directions
- Ability to translate ideas and strategy into clear visual concepts
- Experience with Framer is a plus
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly




- Able to clearly communicate the thinking behind your design decisions
- Curious about branding, digital design, culture, technology and visual communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within timelines
