Role Summary

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to develop impactful visual content for branding, marketing, corporate communications, employer branding, and digital campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design marketing collateral, brochures, reports, presentations, social media creatives, and digital assets.
- Create branding materials for events, exhibitions, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
- Support leadership communications, employer branding, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Develop basic motion graphics, videos, GIFs, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality creatives within timelines.
- Maintain design assets, templates, and brand repositories.
- Stay updated with design trends and AI-powered creative tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.




- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of Canva and Figma.
- Robust understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Designer, Canva AI, ChatGPT, and Midjourney.

Key Competencies Creativity, visual storytelling, attention to detail, stakeholder management, collaboration, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Work Experience

2-3 years. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Designer, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney.
