About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer / Motion Graphics Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, digital creatives and preferably motion graphics.

The candidate should be comfortable creating content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, digital programs, advertisements, podcasts, spiritual & religious content and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create YouTube thumbnails, Instagram posts, Facebook creatives, social media posts, banners, posters and digital advertisements.
- Create graphics and visual assets for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Develop program packaging and visual identity for shows, podcasts, interviews and digital programs.
- Create program logos, title treatments, promotional graphics and campaign creatives.
- Design opening titles, closing titles, lower thirds, name supers, transitions and other on-screen graphics.
- Create motion graphics and animations for videos, Reels, Shorts and digital content.
- Design creatives for spiritual, religious, devotional and knowledge-based programs.
- Create graphics for digital advertisements, social media campaigns, promotional videos and TVC-style content.
- Work with the Creative Director and Video Editors to understand and execute creative briefs.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, typography, layouts, branding and overall visual identity.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats including 16:9, 9:16,



1:1, thumbnails, banners and social media formats.
- Work with Hindi / Devanagari text and typography where required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media styles and production requirements.

Required Software Knowledge
- Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory
- Adobe Illustrator – Mandatory
- Adobe After Effects – Required
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of Canva will be an added advantage

Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year of professional Graphic Design / Motion Graphics experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Ability to create visually strong and clickable YouTube thumbnails.
- Good understanding of social media creatives and current digital design trends.
- Knowledge of Hindi / Devanagari typography is preferred.
- Strong creative thinking and visual sense.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and execute a creative brief independently.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- What makes a design visually robust and attention-grabbing.
- How to select appropriate fonts, colours, layouts and imagery.
- What makes a YouTube thumbnail clickable without being misleading.
- How design requirements differ across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
- How to convert static graphics into simple, engaging motion graphics.
- How to maintain a consistent visual identity across different content formats.

Portfolio Requirement Portfolio / design samples are mandatory when applying.
