Graphic Designer Intern

● Duration:- 6 Months

● Location:- Mulund, Mumbai, India (On-site)

● Compensation:-

• First 3 Months:- Unpaid Internship (Training & Hands-on Industry Experience)

• 4th Month to 6th Month:- Stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month , based on performance, skill development, and successful completion of the initial training period.

● Role Overview:-

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our team for a 6-month on-site internship. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical industry experience by working on real-world design projects, developing creative skills, and collaborating with marketing, development, and business teams.

● Key Responsibilities:-

- Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, digital campaigns, marketing materials, presentations, banners, brochures, and other promotional content.
- Understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and design objectives to create effective visual solutions.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, illustrations, and visual content based on business and marketing requirements.
- Design graphics for various digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, email campaigns, and other online channels .
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity across different marketing materials.
- Assist in creating and editing images, graphics, icons, illustrations,



and other visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, development, and business teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Make revisions and improvements to designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, creative styles, tools, and industry best practices.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets for easy access and future use.
- Assist with other graphic design and creative tasks as required.

● Requirements:-

- Graduate in any stream. A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of creating designs for social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand design briefs and translate ideas into creative visual concepts.
- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and design trends.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and make necessary design improvements.
- Must reside in Mumbai or nearby and be able to commute to the office daily.
- Work from home is not available.
- Candidates with a personal laptop are preferred.
- Candidates with sample designs and portfolio are preferred.

● Job Schedule:- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

OR 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

2nd and 4th Saturday along with Sunday's Off .
