About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with around 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics, creatives, banners, social media posts, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop visual concepts based on brand requirements and campaign objectives.
- Design content for social media platforms, websites, internal communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and business teams to understand design requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, layouts, and visual style.
- Create designs for events, announcements, company communications, and promotional activities.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets when required.




- Work on multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative styles, and digital content formats.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva and Figma is preferred.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital content formats.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant experience will also be considered.
