Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with approximately 1–2 years of experience to support a wide range of design requirements across branding, marketing, digital campaigns, content, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design fundamentals, good visual sense, and hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI-powered design tools and workflows to improve efficiency, speed up turnaround time, and enhance creative output.

Key Responsibilities

- Design brand logos, campaign creatives, and promotional visuals.
- Create sale banners, merchant banners, and marketing assets for digital platforms.
- Design engaging YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives.
- Develop blog and SEO-related visuals to support content marketing requirements.
- Create visual assets for campaigns, advertisements, offers, and other promotional activities.
- Work closely with marketing, content, SEO, and business teams to understand design requirements.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines, visual identity, and campaign objectives.
- Use AI-powered design tools to speed up creative workflows and improve output quality.




- Adapt designs for multiple formats, platforms, and digital channels.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
- Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives, banners, thumbnails, and promotional design.
- Ability to create clean, visually appealing, and brand-aligned designs.
- Experience using AI design tools or willingness to adopt AI-powered workflows.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing creatives for e-commerce, coupons, deals, offers, or merchant-based platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or other AI-assisted design tools.
- Basic understanding of social media, YouTube, SEO, and performance marketing creatives.
- Ability to generate design variations quickly using AI-assisted workflows.
- Portfolio showcasing banners, thumbnails, brand creatives, and promotional assets.
