Role Description

Global Academy of Technology (GAT), Bengaluru, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its team.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position based at the GAT campus in Bengaluru South. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports institutional branding, marketing, communication, events, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design digital and print materials, including brochures, posters, banners, social media creatives, presentations, certificates, standees, and event collaterals.

Develop creative concepts and visual designs in line with the institution’s brand guidelines.

Collaborate with academic, administrative, marketing, and media teams to understand design requirements.

Prepare high-quality, production-ready artwork for both digital and print applications.

Manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines efficiently.

Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, imagery,



and overall visual identity across communication materials.

Contribute to creative campaigns, promotional activities, events, and institutional communications.

Support website and other digital-content requirements with appropriate visual assets.

Organize and maintain the institution’s design assets and creative files.

Make revisions based on feedback while ensuring accuracy and design quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Solid understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, composition, colour, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design tools.

Knowledge of typography and the ability to select appropriate fonts for different communication requirements.

Understanding of branding and visual identity, including logo usage and brand consistency.

Good understanding of digital and print design requirements.

Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in designing for educational institutions, corporate organizations, or similar environments will be an added advantage.
