Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on a contract basis in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in Bhopal with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves creating visual assets for Ayurvedic and wellness brands, including product packaging concepts, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and digital content that align with brand guidelines.

Designer will collaborate with marketing, product, and R&D; teams to translate Ayurvedic and wellness concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.



Day-to-day tasks include developing design layouts, refining brand identities, preparing graphics for print and digital use, and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints. The role also requires managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and adapting designs based on feedback and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for print and digital platforms.
- Experience with Logo Design and Branding to create and refine visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design for clear, readable, and impactful communication.
- Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating work in FMCG, wellness, healthcare, or related consumer products is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and understanding of color theory.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is beneficial.
