Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can think beyond screens and contribute to designing brand experiences in physical spaces.

At Retale, graphic design plays a critical role in shaping how a brand is experienced within retail environments, exhibitions, and customer touchpoints.

What You Will Work On

- In-store graphics and environmental branding systems
- Signage and wayfinding design
- Visual storytelling within retail spaces
- Exhibition and display design elements
- Brand identity and its application in physical environments
- Integration of graphics with interiors and spatial design
- Real projects executed across stores, cafés, and commercial environments

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concept-driven visual solutions aligned with brand identity
- Design graphics for retail environments, exhibitions, and displays
- Create signage systems and environmental graphics




- Translate brand guidelines into spatial graphic applications
- Participate in client discussions and design presentations
- Prepare BOQs related to graphics, materials, and production elements
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure design quality during execution
- Work closely with interior designers to deliver integrated design output

Required Skills

- Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual composition
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into spatial graphics
- Ability to think beyond screens — applying design in physical environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Good to Have

- Experience in retail / environmental graphics / signage design
- Understanding of materials, print processes, and fabrication basics
- Exposure to exhibition or display design
- Working knowledge of Figma or motion graphics (After Effects)

Eligibility

- BFA / B.Des / Visual Communication or equivalent
- 1–4 years of experience (flexible for strong portfolios)

This role is not suitable for candidates focused only on digital/social media design.
