Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer & Marketing operations role based in Noida. As the Graphic Designer you will create and refine visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, product brochures, presentations, and internal communications. Day-to-day responsibilities of Marketing and Designing including developing concepts, layouts, and graphics that align with brand guidelines and visual identities for campaigns, and ensuring consistency of branding and typography across all collateral and marketing operations. Under Marketing operations role, you will also be involved in daily Marketing activities as well. This may not be only limited to Exhibition/events handling,



marketing inventory management, merchandises handling etc.

The role involves collaborating with various team to translate technical information into clear visual narratives, preparing files for Sales team and Customers as a first point of contact and impression about MTLL, and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Candidates must have Marketing intent and understanding of marketing + related operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure readability and visual consistency across materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent) is required.
- Relevant experience in corporate or industrial design environments, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors, is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and effective collaboration and communication skills are expected.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- MBA/BBA in Marketing is also preferred.
