Graphic Designer - 2D / Visualizer

Work Mode - 6 Days Work From Office

Location

Pune, NIBM

Design 2D graphics for print media, digital presentations, mockups, and event-related collateral.

 Create emailers, website layouts for campaigns, and loyalty programs.

 Develop print designs for logos, posters, newsletters, direct mailers, brochures, character designs, and mascots.

 Produce event-related collateral such as backdrops, side wings, standees, and ID cards/lanyards.

 Design brand identities including logos, visiting cards, and letterheads.

 Conduct quality control checks of large-format print files (Flex, Vinyl) for size, color, logos, and other design/print-related issues.

 Archive creatives regularly in a stringent and organized manner.

 Collaborate with the Client Servicing team to understand the consumer experience, marketing strategy, and operational capabilities.

 Adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring color accuracy, updated logos, and consistency in all design elements.

 Implement quality control measures, including creating color palettes and small files for accuracy checks.

 Visualize, brainstorm, and ideate to transform ideas into effective designs/artwork.

 Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and ensure that all creatives reflect current styles.





 Prepare digital presentations, mockups, and stills for client pitches and internal reviews.

 Ensure stringent archiving of all creatives and maintain organized digital files for easy access and retrieval.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience Required

7+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or events atmosphere.

Qualification

 Graduate with a relevant degree from a Design Institute.

 Diploma in Graphics (1 year).

 Certifications in UI and Video Editing are a bonus.

Essential Skills Required

 Willingness to upgrade as per trends and self-study.

 Market research skills and curiosity to learn.

 Patience, resilience, and self-motivation.

 Strong attention to detail and a keen understanding of typography and composition.

 Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.

Technical Skills

 Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and InDesign.

 Knowledge of After Effects and video editing skills will be an added advantage.

 Ability to stay updated with the latest design trends globally.

 Robust sense of typography and composition.

 Understanding of file preparation using all programs in the Adobe suite.
