Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This role involves creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media posts, marketing campaigns, brochures, banners, and presentations that align with the company’s brand identity. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop concepts for promotional materials, travel packages, and branding initiatives.





Daily responsibilities include designing logos and icons, editing and enhancing travel images, preparing files for production, and maintaining consistency across all visual communications. The role also includes supporting website graphics, ensuring timely delivery of design projects, and adapting designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for both digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Image Editing and related tools to enhance and optimize visual content.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Ability to translate marketing briefs into clear, engaging visual concepts.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and understanding of typography, color, and layout.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a quick-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or consumer-facing brands is an advantage.
