Job Title: Graphic Design Intern – Curriculum Design

About the Role

Debe Learning is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to support our Curriculum Development team in creating high-quality learning materials for students across different grades and subjects.

This is primarily a curriculum design and formatting role, rather than a social media graphic design role. You will work closely with curriculum developers who will provide the academic content, and your responsibility will be to convert that content into polished, consistent, and student-friendly deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and format class notes, worksheets and other curriculum materials.
- Work on formatting curriculum deliverables shared by the curriculum team on a daily basis.
- Fix alignment, spacing, placement, sizing, typography, and overall visual consistency.
- Ensure images, diagrams, questions, headings, and other elements are properly positioned and formatted.
- Review curriculum materials for formatting or design issues before finalization.
- Create and improve reusable templates for class notes, homework, worksheets, and assessments.




- Coordinate with curriculum developers to make required design and formatting changes.

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of layout, alignment, spacing, and typography.
- Comfortable using Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Ability to follow templates and maintain consistency across multiple deliverables.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within daily timelines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Portfolio or previous graphic design work is preferred.
- Interest in education, curriculum design, or EdTech is a plus.
