About the Role:

We are looking for a driven B.Tech/B.E. graduate to join our Balanagar plant as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to appliance production divisions. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, you will learn to manage shop-floor operations, drive process efficiency, and uphold rigorous industrial safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily shop-floor activities and workflow to ensure production targets are met consistently.
- Assist in tracking machinery downtime, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all outputs meet strict compliance and safety specifications.
- Maintain accurate daily production logs, material consumption records, and shift reports.

What We Are Looking For:

- Fresh graduates with a B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- A solid understanding of core mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Solid analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and the readiness to work in rotating floor shifts.
