About the Role
Onycon Infrastructure is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainee - Civil (Freshers) to join our Mumbai Head Office.
Freshers with a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, particularly 2025 -2026 pass-outs, are encouraged to apply. Initial training and guidance will be provided to freshers to help them understand project planning, billing and documentation processes.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and AutoCAD. Applicant's residing in Mumbai/ Mumbai Suburban should only apply for this opening
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning
· Understand drawings, BOQ, specifications, and work scope.
· Assist in preparing work plans, schedules, and activity targets.
· Track planned quantities and project milestones.
2. Execution Monitoring
· Monitor actual work progress against the plan.
· Collect daily/weekly progress data from site teams.
· Track quantities completed and pending activities.
· Report delays, variations, and execution issues.
3. Measurement & Quantity
· Measure work executed at site using drawings and actual site data.
· Prepare measurement sheets and quantity statements.
· Assist in joint measurements with client/consultant.
· Verify subcontractor measurements.
4. Client Billing
· Assist in preparing Client RA Bills.
· Calculate bill quantities based on approved measurements and BOQ.
· Check quantities, rates, and supporting documents.
· Follow up for bill submission and certification.
5. Subcontractor Billing
· Check subcontractor bills against actual work completed.
· Verify quantities, rates, and work-order conditions.
· Prepare and process subcontractor bills.
· Resolve quantity/billing discrepancies with site teams.
6. Material Reconciliation
· Track major materials such as steel, cement, concrete, and aggregates.
· Prepare monthly material reconciliation statements.
Requirements:
· Graduate Engineer Trainee - Civil (Freshers)
· B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
· Freshers (2025-2026 Pass out Batch) can apply.
· 20252026 Civil Engineering pass-outs are encouraged to apply.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD/AutoCad Course preferred.
· Good communication and analytical skills.
· Candidates must be willing to work from the Mumbai Head Office.
