About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bidder / Business Development Executive who can help us generate new clients for our Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads services through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.

The ideal candidate should understand digital marketing services and be confident in identifying prospects, preparing proposals, bidding on relevant projects, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and bid on relevant Google Ads, Facebook Ads, PPC, and Digital Marketing projects.
- Manage bidding and lead generation on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Research potential clients and identify businesses that need paid advertising services.
- Write customized, persuasive proposals instead of generic applications.
- Follow up with prospects and handle initial client communication.
- Qualify leads and schedule calls/meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the PPC team to understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
- Track bidding performance, response rates, meetings, and conversions.
- Stay updated with PPC and digital marketing trends to improve the quality of proposals.

Requirements




- 1–3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads.
- Experience working with an agency or digital marketing company is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to write personalized proposals that grab client attention.
- Good research and prospecting skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Preferred
- Previous experience generating PPC clients through Upwork.
- Existing knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Ads, remarketing, and lead generation.
- Proven history of winning projects or generating qualified leads.
- Experience with CRM, LinkedIn prospecting, or other outbound channels.
