- Support and independently lead technical conversations — presenting Neilsoft's products, platforms, and engineering technology solutions to client stakeholdersn
- Participate in client discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution walkthroughsn

nContribute to RFP responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation
n• Demonstrate Neilsoft's software portfolio through structured demos and proof-of-concept presentations Solution Design & Architecture

- Design practical, scalable solution architectures for client engagements across AEC/BIM domainsn
- Develop solution blueprints, effort estimates, and technical scope documents for presales proposalsn
- Align proposed solutions with Neilsoft's reusable IPs/Frameworks, product capabilities, and delivery standardsn




- Evaluate client technology environments and recommend integration approaches, etc.n

nRequired Qualifications
n
- n
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Civil OR Structural Engineeringn
- 12–14 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or software engineeringn
- Solid hands-on knowledge of CAx technology, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), integration patterns, etc.n
- Exposure to engineering technology domains — AEC / BIM software — preferredn
- Good communication and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with client technical and business stakeholdersn
- Willingness to travel internationally to USA/Canada/APAC on occasionn
