Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Freelance Power BI Developer having 5+yrs of experience. This role is ideal for professionals currently working in a 100% REMOTE setup and looking to take up a long-term freelance or part time engagement alongside their primary role with competitive compensation and meaningful additional income. Key Responsibilities - Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Build and maintain Paginated Reports using RDL with complex report layouts and datasets. - Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, CTEs, and analytical queries. - Develop efficient Power BI data models, relationships, measures, and DAX calculations. - Work with Snowflake for data warehousing, data extraction, transformation, and reporting. - Collaborate with data engineering teams using dbt for data transformation and modeling. - Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across BI solutions. - Translate business requirements into effective dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Ensure reporting solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. - Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions. Must-Have Skills - Power BI - RDL - Paginated Reports - Complex SQL - Snowflake - dbt - Strong understanding of data modeling and BI reporting - Good knowledge of DAX and Power Query Positive to Have - Experience with Power BI Service and deployment processes. - Knowledge of report performance tuning and optimization. - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Understanding of modern data warehouse and ELT architectures.
