The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Python, Full Stack Development, and SQL, along with proven experience in project delivery, team leadership, and stakeholder management.

- Lead and mentor Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, QA, and DevOps teams.n
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovation-driven culture.n
- Drive employee development, performance management, and succession planning.n

nDelivery & Project Management

- Own end-to-end application delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and business alignment.n
- Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and release management.n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



architects, and product teams.n

nTechnical Leadership

- Provide technical direction for applications built using:n
- Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)n
- Pythonn
- Full Stack Technologies (React/Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript)n
- SQL Databasesn
- Guide architecture, code reviews, best practices, scalability, and performance improvements.n

nEngineering Excellence

- Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and secure coding practices.n
- Monitor delivery KPIs, development productivity, and quality metrics.n
- Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.n

nRequired Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.n
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in application delivery and 3+ years in people management.n
