About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & YouTube Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Google and YouTube advertising campaigns with a strong focus on qualified lead generation, CPL, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Create and optimize YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads through Google advertising platforms.
- Manage Google Search, Display, and Video campaigns.
- Work on Google Maps and local lead-generation activities.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROI.
- Optimize campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Track conversions and analyze campaign performance.
- Identify and eliminate underperforming keywords, ads, and campaigns.
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and campaign outcomes.

Performance Expectations The candidate should have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through Google platforms.



The role may involve a target of 40+ qualified leads per day, depending on advertising budget, industry, target audience, geography, and conversion funnel.

Lead quality, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI will be considered along with lead volume.

Salary ₹40,000 – ₹80,000+ per month

Exceptional candidates with a consistently strong track record in lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI may be considered for compensation above ₹80,000 per month.
