Rank2Reach Marketing is a New Delhi-based digital marketing agency serving clients primarily in the US and Canada. We manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile and conversion tracking for small and mid-sized businesses. You will work directly with US clients, so strong spoken English is a must.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan, build and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, Call-only) for US-based clients
- Keyword research, negative keyword management, ad copy writing and A/B testing
- Bid strategy, budget pacing and daily optimisation to hit CPA / lead targets
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, call tracking, form tracking)
- Handle client calls, weekly updates and monthly performance reports in fluent English
- Audit new accounts and prepare optimisation recommendations
- Keep accounts policy-compliant and resolve ad disapprovals

Preferred candidate profile





- 2 to 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience (agency experience preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable on calls with US clients
- Working knowledge of GTM, GA4 and conversion tracking
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Sheets / Looker Studio)
- Must be able to work from our New Delhi office

Shift and work days

- Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (to overlap with US business hours)
- Monday to Friday (5-day week)
