Criteria for Eligibility & Selection:

Year Of Passing & Academics





- Current final year students who will be passing out by June/July 26 or last year June/July 2025
- No gap in studies during Academics All the courses (10th, 12th , UG / Diploma) should be Full Time & completed as per course duration
- 1 year Gap between 12th and Diploma/UG for entrance exams preparation is acceptable. No active backlogs.

Percentage of Marks Required
- HSC 60% & Above
- SSC 60% & Above
- Graduation (Pursuing) 60 %

All the selections will be subject to candidates attaining 60% and above in final examinations.

Remuneration GT

On Joining

- Role: Graduate Trainee
- Stipend: Rs. 27,000 per month
- Training: Rigorous performance reviews

Post Absorption

- Designation: Assistant Executive
- Fixed Salary: Rs. 5.12 LPA
- Variable Salary:

Individual Performance Linked Variable Pay (Potential to earn up to 0 - 30 % of Annual CTC) Business Performance Linked Variable Pay (Depending on the Business Performance)
- Total Salary: Rs. 5.12 LPA + Variable Pay

Service Bond
- Time period:

2 years (Applicable for one year of traineeship and one year thereafter)
