- Create and develop detailed Structural BIM models using Revit.

- Prepare structural plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings.

- Develop structural models for RCC and steel structures as per project requirements.

- Coordinate structural models with Architectural and MEP disciplines and resolve clashes.

- Prepare shop drawings, quantity take-offs and support model reviews/RFIs.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant Structural BIM Modelling experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit Structure is mandatory.
- Good understanding of RCC/steel structures and structural drawings.
- Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination is preferred.
- Data Centre / international project experience preferred.
