About the Role

Flipspaces is looking for a seasoned

General Manager – Projects (EPC)

to lead its EPC business with complete ownership of

P&L;, project execution, operational excellence, and client satisfaction

. This role requires a strategic leader capable of delivering large-scale turnkey projects while driving profitability, operational efficiency, and business growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the

P&L; for the EPC business, including revenue, margins, cash flow, and profitability.

- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple EPC projects—from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards

.

- Drive commercial excellence through cost optimisation, value engineering, contract management, and risk mitigation.

- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders.

- Develop project governance frameworks, SOPs, KPIs, and performance dashboards to drive operational excellence.

- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing multidisciplinary project teams.

- Partner with the Business Development team to support bid strategy, project acquisition, and business expansion.

Preferred Experience

- 10-18 years of leadership experience in EPC, Design &
- Build, or Infrastructure projects.





- Mandatory experience with

P&L; ownership and managing large project portfolios.

- Robust background in one or more of the following sectors:

- Industrial &

- Manufacturing

- Warehousing &

- Logistics

- Healthcare

- Hospitality

- Commercial / Corporate Real Estate

- Data Centres / Institutional Projects

- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across geographies.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) from Top Tier colleges.

- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
