Role Description The Global Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot.

The Global

Sales professional will identify and qualify international prospects, manage a pipeline of leads, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to drive new business across key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting digital and AI-powered marketing solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, closing deals, and maintaining solid relationships with clients and partners.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and strategy teams to align sales efforts with campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback on market trends and client needs. The individual will support client onboarding, deliver periodic account reviews, and contribute to sales training initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and deliver clear, value-driven conversations.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including pipeline handling, deal closing, and revenue growth in B2B or agency environments.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members or partners on products, services, and sales best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, brand strategy, or AI-powered solutions, with the capacity to translate technical offerings into business value.
- Comfort working with global clients across time zones, with strong cultural awareness and negotiation skills.
- Organized, target-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an agency, SaaS, or digital services environment is an advantage.
