Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – GOC (Global Operations Center) to manage operational coordination, MIS reporting, performance monitoring, and cross-functional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor operations across Production, Quality, SCM & Logistics
- Prepare and manage Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports
- Track KPIs including Production Output, Rejection, OEE & Delivery
- Identify operational gaps and ensure timely escalation & closure
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance & process standards




- Review and validate SAP / Oracle ERP data
- Prepare dashboards and provide data-driven insights to management
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Participate in management reviews and operational meetings
- Lead and guide GOC team members
