Essential Job Functions:

- Help in governance of KPIs and service performance

- Run daily/ weekly / monthly reports

- Co-ordinate with team leads to collect data around KPI & analysis

- Run governance calls for each KPI and calibration on KPIs

- Maintain & update Jira for improvement action items.

- Shift planning, prepare and maintain team rosters, handling absences.

- Candidate with MSOffice and presentation skills

- Fluent in communication

- Project lead /manager with handling services projects and good co-ordination skills

Qualifications

- EXP-7+ years

- 3 to 4 years of IT experience with a fluent in ticket based work (preferably JIRA and SNOW)

- Business Analyst

- Knowledge in ITSM process
