Role & Responsibility :-

Quality Control Procedures: Develop, establish, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures for the manufacturing process of equipment. This includes defining inspection criteria, testing methodologies, and product acceptance standards.

Inspection and Testing: Perform thorough inspections and testing of incoming materials, work-in-progress components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Defect Identification and Resolution: Collaborate with the production team to identify and address defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, test results, and quality-related data. Prepare reports and documentation to communicate quality metrics to the management team.

Process Improvement:



Continuously analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Suggest and implement changes that enhance product quality, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency.

Supplier Quality Management: Work with the purchasing department to evaluate and monitor the performance of suppliers. Conduct supplier audits when necessary to ensure adherence to quality requirements.

Compliance and Standards: Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to equipment manufacturing. Ensure the organization's compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications.

Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Quality Culture: Promote a culture of quality consciousness within the organization. Encourage employees at all levels to take ownership of quality and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
