About the job

We are looking for a smart, energetic and customer-oriented fresher to join our Customer Success team. The role will involve representing BonV at customer sites for UAV demonstrations, installations, post-sale support and on-site service requirements. The candidate will be the face of BonV in front of customers and should therefore have excellent communication, professional behaviour, a positive attitude and robust ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct UAV demonstrations and support customer trials at various locations.
- Visit customer sites for post-sale queries, AMC/service requirements, and technical support.
- Assist with UAV installation, deployment, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understand customer issues, provide first-level support, and coordinate with internal technical teams for resolution.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer concerns.
- Maintain service reports, deployment records, and other required documentation.
- Represent BonV professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Travel extensively across India, including remote and challenging locations, as required.

A. Who are we looking for:

1. Fresh graduates from engineering/technical backgrounds.

3. Smart, confident, and professional in behaviour and communication.
4. Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
5. Strong ownership, discipline, and a problem-solving attitude.
6. Comfortable working hands-on with UAVs and technical systems.
7. Willingness to travel extensively and work at customer locations.

B. Preferred Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in electronics, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, aerospace/aeronautical, robotics, automobile, computer science, or related disciplines.

C. Additional candidate preferences:

1. Prior hands-on experience with drones/UAVs or flying operations.
2. Strong interest in aerospace, drones, and emerging technologies.
3. Comfortable with extensive travel and field deployments across India.
4. Willing to work in remote, high-altitude, and challenging environments.
5. Candidates with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset will be preferred.
6. Been from NCC background.
